Kuy Token, a local token, is a utility token built on the Binance Smart Chain (BEP20) network which was first introduced to the public on March 29, 2022, a non-fungible event (NFE) at M-Bloc Space, Jakarta.
The token, which was created by utilizing Indonesia’s Blockchain technology, namely Vexanium, aims to help the game industry and the creative industry to enter the blockchain industry.
Since its first presence in Indonesia, Kuy Token has collaborated with Lyto, a local game publisher, for its newest game project, namely Dekaron Online. Dekaron Online is the first MMORPG (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game) PC game in Indonesia that adopts the concept of Play to Earn (P2E), namely playing for profit.
In this collaboration, Kuy Token and Lyto tokens will reward Dekaron Online players in the form of tokens that can be used to purchase in-game items in exchange for Kuy tokens to be put into crypto wallets.
The inaugural listing of Kuy Token which occurred at 12.00 WIB, Monday 18 July 2022, is claimed to be selling well in the market with an opening price of 0.08 BUSD (Binance USD). As a result, in just 2 hours since the initial listing, Kuy Token jumped up to 800%, from 0.008 BUSD to 0.68 BUSD.
“We hope that Kuy Token can become a local token of pride for Indonesia and make the local Crypto industry proud in the country and internationally,” said Edgart Hartono, CEO of Kuy Token, in a statement received by detikINET.
Currently Kuy Token with code “Kuy” can be purchased at Pancake Swap. The Kuy Token party is also preparing to be present on other well-known token buying and selling platforms so that investors can make transactions easier.
